Arrival
- We meet you at EuroCity reception at check-in to hand over the keys and show you around. This isn't a self check-in.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Please send us your arrival time via Airbnb messages, and let us know if your plans change on the day.
- Arriving early? EuroCity reception can sometimes hold luggage around midday, so ask us first. Early check-in usually isn't possible.
- Driving? Please ask us before you travel.

✈️ From Gibraltar Airport
🚶 ≈ 28 min walk from EuroCity approx · check in Google Maps ›Walk out of the terminal and head south into town along Winston Churchill Avenue, across the runway crossing. Alternatively, take a taxi from the rank outside (about 5 minutes) or Citibus 5 or 10 from the Frontier terminus. See Buses.
🚶 From the frontier (walking from La Línea)
🚶 ≈ 27 min walk from EuroCity approx · check in Google Maps ›Since July 2026 there are no routine passport checks at the land border, so just walk through. Follow Winston Churchill Avenue south across the airport runway. Barriers close briefly when planes move. Then continue towards town and EuroCity on Europort Avenue. More in Getting here.
🚌 From La Línea bus station
🚶 ≈ 31 min walk from EuroCity approx · check in Google Maps ›Coaches from Málaga, Seville and Algeciras stop at La Línea. From there it's a few minutes to the frontier on foot, then follow the route above.

Stocking up for your stay
Morrisons
🚶 ≈ 4 min walk from EuroCity approx · check in Google Maps ›A big UK-style supermarket, practically on the doorstep. It's usually open early until late, but check its hours on Sundays and holidays.
Short Stay List: 26 basics for a few days, not a weekly shop. Tap below and it opens in Rocket Shop, a free shopping-list app for Morrisons Gibraltar. One tap adds it to your list in aisle order, ready to tick off, and you don't need to sign in. Remove anything you don't need or add your own.

Already in the studio: coffee, tea, toilet roll, kitchen roll, cleaning products (including washing-up liquid), laundry tablets and dishwasher tablets.
Studio tips
Quick reminders for the appliances. Wi-Fi and building details are on the printed sheet in the studio.
🔥 Oven
- Press the On/Off button on the far left of the panel.
- Turn the dial to choose a programme (e.g. 200°C Pizza).
- Press Start/Stop. Blue lights show when it has reached temperature.
- Press On/Off again when you've finished, or the oven stays on.
🍽️ Dishwasher
- Tablets are under the sink. Put one in the dispenser.
- Press Reset (far left) to switch on.
- Press 1h wash. It flashes and shows 1:05.
- Press Start (far right). The light stops flashing.
- Close the door and the wash begins.
🧺 Washing machine
We recommend 5 Eco wash (105 min), 7 Quick wash (30 min, max 3 kg) or 9 Mix wash (100 min). Some of the other programmes take over 3 hours. Detergent goes in compartment 2.
❄️ Air conditioning
To add: aircon instructions Please keep the windows and terrace door closed while it's running, and switch it off when you go out.
🏊 Pool & hot tub
